Behind every great artist, there is a great team; a network of people that helps make it happen.  This might include, but not limited to musicians, other singers, producers, song writers, video people, studio engineers, photographers, graphic artists, printers, managers, cd press companies, publishers, web designers, attorneys, sponsors, family, friends, fans and the whole list just goes on and on.  No one makes it alone.

Considering the above, we at ONE REASON PRODUCTIONS decided that the best use of our website would be to create a resource center for artists, aspiring artists, and any one else who is interested in this industry.  The key to success is in finding the puzzle pieces to your team.  People who are a good match.  People who can fill in where the artist doesn't have skill or time to handle.  No one in this industry suceeds alone.  The power is in numbers.  When one wins, the whole team wins.

Sometimes you may have to try out a few different people in each area to have the right synergy.  Patience and diligence are key.  It takes time to find great team players.  We personally feel that one quality is at the top of the list when we are looking to work with someone.  A person might be the greatest bass player on the planet, for instance, but very head strong and stubborn about what to play on a given track, or difficult to get in touch with.  We would not consider this person to be a good team player and probably not do much work with them at all. 

So careful consideration of what your personal needs are, is the first step.  Then set out to find others to network or team up with who have the skill and/or time to get accomplished what you need, is the next step.  Then you are off and running.  Of course, as you get busier, you will need to have more helpers.
